What Is Baptism? | A Biblical Guide to Your Next Step
If you’ve made the decision to follow Jesus, you’ve already taken the most important step salvation. But what comes next? One of the clearest next steps the Bible gives every believer is water baptism. It’s more than a tradition, it’s a powerful, meaningful act rooted in God’s Word and His plan for your life.
Why Baptism Matters
We believe the Bible is God’s Word, accurate, authoritative, and applicable to our everyday lives (2 Timothy 3:15–17). That means when Scripture calls us to take a step, it’s not optional it’s an invitation into God’s best for us.

Why Immersion?
We practice baptism by full immersion in water, not sprinkling. This reflects the biblical model and best represents the meaning behind baptism; death, burial, and resurrection.
